Through 7 years of dedicated services to member Organizations the following areas of management have emerged as Tigaad's areas of competence.

Civil Socoiety Organizations (CSO):

Over the past decades or more the authorities have been denying and oppressing the rights of the minorities, also lack of good goverment, infrustructure, and conflic have hadthe impact on the vulnerable groups such women, minority tribes, immigrants, non-dominant religious, and SCO.

The intention is to improve the SCO network systems, iliminate their gaps, remove the bottlenecks of the blocked communiction channels.

Also, TIGAAD's one of their stepping stone is empowering democratic activists and increase their role for peace and democratic process.

Industrial Relations:

Tigaad has been providing guidance in Staff rules and Regulations Formulation, Sensitizing Management and staff about their rights and obligations. Advising Management Staff and Workers on harmonious co-existence at the work place. Development terms and conditions of Employment, Assisting management in collective bargaining with Trade Unions; Settling of disputes and handling Grievances; Sensitizing Management and staff on labour regulations.

Human Resource Management:

Tigaad has a responsibility to members to develop their employees through acquisition of performance skills. In fulfillment of this function Tigaad runs General and tailor made training Programs in: - Policy formulation and administration; Human resource Development; Managing the Training Function; Effective Board Performance; Managing Supervisory management.
